One of the key features of SafeSeal Quattro pouches is their ability to confirm sterilization parameters in a single step. The pouches include internal and external indicators that are printed directly on the pouch. These indicators allow you to verify essential sterilization criteria such as time, temperature, pressure, and steam. This convenient feature provides assurance that the sterilization process has been successful.

Medicom pouches, including the SafeSeal Quattro, offer peace of mind, convenience, and cost-effectiveness. When stored properly, they can maintain the sterility of the enclosed instruments for up to one year after sterilization.

There are two categories of Medicom sterilization pouches: Class 1 and Class 4. Class 1 pouches indicate that the unit has been exposed to the sterilization process but may not have reached the proper sterilization parameters. These pouches only measure temperature and require the addition of separate multi-variable indicators to each pouch. They serve as an economical alternative for sterilization monitoring.

On the other hand, Class 4 pouches provide the highest level of assurance. They have internal and external indicators that change color only when all three criteria for sterilization (time, temperature, and pressure) have been met. These pouches eliminate the need for separate multi-variable indicators in each pouch, simplifying the sterilization process.
